The root cause of all our problems

Today I would like to talk about our country. It is difficult to mete out an ordered flow of information analysis in such a perverse topic. I have to settle for expressing things as they come out of my fingers.
'System nai kharab chha'. This phrase has become too cliched to hold any meaning. However, it remains to be the root cause of every conceivable problem in Nepal. In Nepal, the problem with problems, which I would prefer to call it a 'meta-problem', is that the problems linger too long. Whatever is happening is happening forever. The denouement of any 'happening' is postponed indefinitely, so that everyone seems to be in a 'wait and see' mode. The employees, industrialists, investors, households, and the general public alike. Many a times, they are just waiting to wait! What could be the reason?
My answer is inefficiency. Just think about it, there has been no single-handed, clean sweep of power across the country, regardless of whether the intent was meant to be benevolent or malicious. All efforts seem to have been lost amidst their inefficiencies somewhere in their development towards their goals, if there are any. Hypothetically speaking, with so many recent changes during these years, if there had been ONE efficient player in the arena, its goals would have been met by now. This includes such prominent players such as the political parties, the maoists, and even the Human Rights and other social watchdogs. Which brings us to an interesting spinoff- what is the point of pursuing any goal in Nepal?
So you see my point? So I don't have to hammer in any example, correct? My stand (without the empirical evidence, of course) remains that the system (and all the subsystems within) are all kharab. We are hopeless audiences, suspended between what it was and what it will be. The wait is just so agonizing that I would rather that the 'what it will be' be a bad one, than just wait.
